Flavie was born in the south of France and raised in the beautiful city of Lyon. She first discovered Theatre at 12 years old when she played Mama Ubu in Alfred Jarry's King Ubu in class. It was a revelation! 

She went on to do Drama in English in College and decided it was time to go study in the city of her Dreams : New York!

 

There she took on the Acting conservatory program at the New York Film Academy where she learned the Meisner Technique. She also had the chance to study Shakespeare with published author David Vando and scene study with Actors Studio member and AADA faculty member Zenon Kruszelnicki.

After this great experience Flavie decided to continue training and study Practical Aesthetics developped by David Mamet and William H. Macy at the acclaimed Atlantic Acting School.

 

Since then, she has played roles from Tennesee Williams to David Auburn, working both in Theater and Film.

 

She recently played Melissa Gardner in A.R Gurney's beautiful Love Letters. She also played in numerous films for prestigious schools like NYU and Columbia University and worked on Award winning tv shows and short films.

Flavie is fluent in both French and English, also speaks Spanish and loves working on accents like British RP or Russian. She loves travelling to new locations and exploring what every country's traditions and beliefs can bring to her craft.
